CITIES
This series takes a sociological look at cities and their inhabitants, studying and understanding them to identify a major contemporary theme specific to each.
Using photography as a tool to explore urban spaces, the photos highlight the interactions between individuals and the environments in which they live.
Cities
The focus is primarily on three main cities: Saint-Etienne, Paris, and Tokyo. This approach combines personal memories with a sociological perspective:
- Saint-Etienne, the city where I grew up
- Paris, the city where I became an adult
- Tokyo, the city of an unexpected dreamThis photographic series is not solely driven by instinct, like my previous work, but also involves extensive research, including readings and testimonies. While maintaining my photographic style, I will also incorporate other media such as video, sound and time-lapse.
